1989 長崎県佐世保市生まれ 東京都在住
2013 多摩美術大学 美術学部 絵画学科 版画専攻 卒業
2015 多摩美術大学 大学院 美術研究科 版画研究領域修士課程 修了
木版画技法をルーツに、主に人物をモチーフとした作品を制作している。
作家の手（彫り）が加えられていない部分が摺りによって可視化される木版画の特性を「表層、空白、不在を摺りとる手段」と解釈し、その可視化を試みている。
また人物が持つ想像や期待としての解像度を曖昧にしながら、画面の中の物語や意味を削ぎ落とした「居る」ではなく「在る」ものとしてのポートレイトを模索している。

Based in Tokyo.
With roots in woodblock printing, creates work mainly with human figure motifs.
Interprets the special quality of woodblock prints wherein the parts that are not touched (carved) by the artist’s hand are made visible through the printing process as “a method of printing surfaces, blank spaces, and absence,” and attempts to bring visibility to this phenomenon.
Also seeks to create portraits of figures that exist in the frame of the image in an inanimate rather than animate sense, with narrative qualities and significance pared away, while their resolution as it corresponds to senses of imagination and expectation associated with the figures is ambiguously rendered.
